Download your report as PDF

After your report is ready, you can download everything you need from the Report Dashboard — either as one ZIP archive or as individual files.

Download all PDFs (recommended)

The primary action on the report step is "Download all PDFs". One click prepares a single ZIP archive that bundles, in one place:

  • Charging invoice PDFs for all of your Tesla charging sessions in the covered period (up to the last 12 months)
  • Vehicle report PDF(s) for the vehicle(s) in this session
  • The payment receipt PDF
  • A MANIFEST.json file listing everything included and noting any files that could not be included

While the ZIP is prepared you will see a progress indicator. When it is ready, the archive downloads automatically. If some files could not be included (for example a temporarily unavailable invoice), the ZIP still contains the successful PDFs and MANIFEST.json explains what was skipped.

More downloads

Secondary options live under the "More downloads" disclosure on the report toolbar:

  1. Save PDF Report — download only the vehicle report PDF
  2. Charging invoices ZIP — package only the Supercharger invoice PDFs
  3. Payment receipt — download only the payment receipt PDF
  4. Charging history CSV — export session data as a spreadsheet

What's included in the report PDF?

The PDF contains the same data as the on-screen report, formatted for A4 printing:

  • Vehicle information, VIN, and model year
  • Battery health: level, usable %, State of Health (SoH), capacity, rated/estimated/ideal range
  • Charging state and charger details
  • Charging history with session details and invoice metadata
  • Tire pressure (TPMS) for all four positions
  • Service status and alerts categorized by type
  • Warranty coverage, expiration dates, and odometer limits
  • Vehicle configuration: exterior, interior, drive unit, driver assist
  • Factory options and vehicle specifications
  • Climate and comfort settings
  • Software version, update status, and firmware release notes
  • A glossary of technical terms in your selected language

Tips

  • Sharing with a buyer? The PDF provides verified, manufacturer-sourced vehicle data that is useful for used-car transactions.
  • Save for records. The report captures a point-in-time snapshot. Useful for tracking your vehicle's condition over ownership.
  • Comparing vehicles. Download PDFs for multiple vehicles to compare battery health, warranty status, and alert history side by side.
  • Printing. The report is formatted for clean printing on A4 or Letter paper.
